We allow our residents to keep animals up twenty-five (25) pounds in their apartments. However, we do have certain breed restrictions. We DO NOT allow Pit Bulls or Rottweilers. Brinkhaven also requires a $300.00 Pet Fee(non-refundable) which is due upon the signing of your lease. All pets are required to be walked on a leash when outdoors.
